Our modern two-story penthouse at Condominios Shangri-La Torre 4 offers expansive 360° views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. Located in the heart of Marina Vallarta next to the Marriott Hotel, Shangri-La is a beachfront resort with five towers set on 12 acres of oceanfront property and a 24/7 guarded security entrance.

The penthouse is within walking distance of casual and upscale restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, spas, nightlife and boat tours, and is approximately five minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).

Personalized Hospitality During Your Stay

During your stay, you'll be hosted by Kim, our dedicated hospitality manager. Kim can assist with light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, shopping, drinks and snacks and is available from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily except Sunday, with after-hours assistance available upon request.

Complimentary transportation from Puerto Vallarta International Airport to the penthouse is provided upon arrival.

A direct-coded elevator opens into our newly remodeled 16th-floor penthouse, featuring marble flooring and sliding doors leading to a spacious terrace. Clear balcony railings provide unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Puerto Vallarta and the Sierra Madre Mountains.

With 422 m² (more than 4,500 sq. ft.) of living space, five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the penthouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The residence also features a newly installed air-conditioning system and upgraded amenities throughout.

The grand second-floor principal suite features ocean views on two sides, a king bed, freestanding Jacuzzi bathtub, large shower, double sinks and a walk-in wardrobe.
