Our English-speaking property managers will meet you at the airport and escort you to the property for check-in. Check-in is after 3:30 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested subject to availability.

Our guests enjoy complimentary airport transportation upon arrival. For those staying at the penthouse, our hospitality manager, Kim, will provide daily light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and shopping services. Kim’s working hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
